Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, snack bar, basketball courts, tennis courts, pavilion, beach and volleyball area, campground, three lakes, one pond, various picnic areas, and two playgrounds. The 2020 membership dues are $620.00. A Special Assessment will pay for the dredging of three lakes, repairs to the riser pipe at Witts Pond and rebuild of a walk bridge at tennis court area. The principal expenses of the association are the upkeep of the buildings, common areas, salaries of employees, a professional security force, contracted pool service, liability insurance, and legal fees. The annual road maintenance fees are an additional $200.00 in Sections 1-1A, $60.00 in Sections 2-11, and $100.00 in Sections 12-16. Sections 1-1A and 12-16 are separate road associations. Section 2-11 is a committee under the Board of Directors. Photo Id’s are issued by the office to property owners upon payment of all fees. Vehicle decals are assigned at the first of the year by registering with the office. Vehicle decals are required to be displayed either on the left rear vehicle bumper or in the left rear window for identification as a resident. This decal must be displayed at all times when using any common areas. Office hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. The office is open the third Saturday of each month from 8:00 am to noon for your convenience. Accounts may be paid either by mail, at the office or by phone with Visa or Master Card. A 2% credit card fee will be assessed for any card payments received through the office effective January 2016. Payments can also be made on line through the association website at lake-wilderness.org.
